2. Products & Custom Orders
All items from Thompsons Custom Creations are made to order, and many are custom or personalized to each customer’s request. Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or returned, as materials and work begin shortly after purchase.

3. Processing & Shipping
Processing times vary by product and are listed on each product page. We always do our best to meet these timelines, but occasional delays may occur due to supply chain or carrier issues beyond our control.
Once your order has shipped, Thompsons Custom Creations is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery concerns.

4. Payments
All payments must be made in full at checkout. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.

5. Refunds & Returns
Because each product is handmade and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at thompsonsccreations@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll review your message and do our best to make it right.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, logos, and content on this site are the property of Thompsons Custom Creations. These may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
Thompsons Custom Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use—or inability to use—our products or website.
