All of our items are handmade and made to order, so shipping times can vary. Orders typically ship within 24 hours to 3 weeks, depending on how busy we are and how detailed your project is. Once your order ships, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days, and you’ll receive tracking info by email.

Please double-check your address before checkout. We’re not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses once your order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days at thompsonsccreations@gmail.com with photos so we can help.
