Each item in our shop is made to order, and many are custom or personalized pieces created specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, and double-check all personalization details (such as names, colors, or design options). If there is an issue with your order upon arrival (for example, damage during shipping or an error on our part), please contact us at thompsonsccreations@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your first and last name, order number, photos and details so we can make it right.
